• Youth Leadership Programme access – mentorship, training, and mosque-based activities.
• Expert support and signposting – connecting you with trusted professionals for legal, safeguarding, or governance matters if needed.

2. Mosque Responsibilities
By joining the programme, your mosque agrees to:
• Implement the governance resources provided — actively using policies, registers, and review processes.
• Appoint a trustee or staff member to act as the main liaison with the Mosque Project team.
• Keep communication open — attend check-in calls and respond to queries.

3. Charity Partnership Agreement
This project is funded by One Ummah Charity (1168565), who believe in supporting stronger mosques for a stronger Ummah.
Your mosque agrees to:
• Support 3 urgent humanitarian appeals each year, through Jummah and Ramadan collections, online campaigns, or community initiatives.
• Transfer funds raised to One Ummah within 7 days of completing a campaign.
• Allow us to provide marketing materials and donation pages to make this easy and professional.
• Communicate openly about future campaigns so we can coordinate messaging.
This partnership ensures the project remains free for all participating mosques while allowing your congregation to support urgent causes worldwide.

4. Use of Materials & Resources
• All policies, toolkits, and templates are provided for your mosque’s internal use only.
• You may adapt them for your local context, but they should not be shared publicly, resold, or distributed outside your organisation.
• Any sensitive information shared within the programme will be kept confidential and handled with respect.

• This is a supportive partnership — our goal is to help you succeed, not add pressure.
• We recognise each mosque is starting from a different place — the focus is on progress, not perfection.
• If commitments are not being met, we’ll work with you to realign before taking any steps like pausing access to programme benefits.
